Yes to fertilization systems. I lived in Seattle and spoke to many people regarding this issue. Road-runoff and our waist are not filtered properly through treatment plants and in many places are not filtered at all. It's not as bad as China where someone is washing vegetables while upstream someone is taking a dump. But in Seattle people are farming toxic fish and thousands of pounds of toxic waist is dumped legally.
